August 2004

Never really worked out as expected for him, John Connolly didn't really fancy him too much I think, and spent most of last season on loan to Stirling Albion. Has gone to Dunfermline for the first 6 months of this season, but is still officially a Queens player. John Connolly moaned about him not using his pace when playing up front, so he spent much of his last few games for Queens on the right side of midfield.

My Opinion August 2002

His arrival at Queens in Feb 2002 on loan, along with Sean O'Connor, sparked a dramatic upturn in Queen's attacking fortunes, and his presence also helped Peter Weatherson out of his goal scoring slumbers. There is no doubt that he was a vital cog in the promotion wheel, but we didn't think we would be able to keep him as he returned to Partick to fight for his Premier League place. However, he took us by surprise in July when he signed on permanently at Queens. Amused everyone by appearing topless, tanned and oiled during our Championship celebrations at Forfar, earning him the nickname 'Porno', or at least, I'm determined I'm going to make that nickname catch on!
